Position Title: Interior Designer

Working Location: Kallang

Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 10.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Up to $3,600 per month + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and timeline.

Prepare design proposals, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material/colour selections.

Produce design drawings and documentation (e.g., floor plans, elevations, 3D views) using relevant software.

Prepare quotations and presentation materials for client review.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on materials, site measurements, and installation details.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and alignment with design intent.

Manage design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication to stakeholders.

Support project handover and address post-completion feedback where required.

Maintain clear records of design documents, client communications, and approvals.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Prior experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial) is preferred.

Able to produce design drawings and basic 3D visuals.

Good communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts clearly.
