Position Title: Interior Designer

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 630pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand project scope, budget, timeline, and design requirements.

Develop design concepts, layout plans, mood boards, and presentation materials.

Prepare detailed construction and scaled drawings using AutoCAD.

Produce 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.

Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and building management.

Ensure designs comply with project specifications and building requirements.

Manage multiple projects and deliver practical, high-quality design solutions.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art & Design, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of relevant interior design or architectural experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

Strong design, space planning, presentation, and client management skills.

Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
