Rotating Shift (No Midnight/ Overnight Shift required)
Location: Changi Airport

Job Scope:
Assist passengers at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drop counters, providing guidance and support when required.
Assist foreign crew members from the airport upon arrival to their designated hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport for departure.
Guiding passengers from check-in through security screening, immigration/passport control and lounge areas.
Assist with arrival and departure gate handling, including passenger coordination and boarding-related activities.
Ensure passengers and crew receive a smooth, friendly and professional service experience throughout their journey.
Coordinate with relevant airport and ground handling teams to ensure smooth passenger movement and operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
No experience required — training will be provided.
Customer service, concierge, retail or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and PH.
