Job Description

Join the airport operations team and be part of creating a smooth and pleasant travel experience for passengers and airline crew.

You will provide assistance at various touchpoints within Changi Airport, including self-service facilities, check-in, boarding gates and passenger arrival areas. Training will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for candidates with no prior airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drop counters, providing guidance and assistance where required.

Assist foreign airline crew upon arrival at the airport and guide them to their designated hotel, as well as provide assistance from the hotel back to the airport for departure.

Guide and assist passengers throughout the airport journey, including check-in, security screening, immigration/passport control and lounge areas.

Support arrival and departure gate operations, including passenger coordination and boarding-related activities.

Provide friendly and professional assistance to ensure a smooth experience for passengers and airline crew.

Coordinate with airport and ground handling teams to facilitate smooth passenger movement and daily operations.

Handle other ad-hoc duties and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
