Sales Coordinator (West / 5 days / Logistics) [EL]

Act as the key point of contact at the customer’s site, providing professional logistics support and facilitating effective communication between customers and service providers.

Manage export shipment bookings and coordinate pickup arrangements with relevant internal stakeholders.

Ensure all export shipping documents are completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.

Prepare and communicate shipment pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.

Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to authorized transporters.

Maintain proper printing, documentation, and filing of shipping records in accordance with customer compliance requirements.

Monitor and track import shipments from arrival through delivery.

Verify package quantities and investigate any shipment discrepancies.

Coordinate with the customer’s receiving team to address discrepancies, damages, or other delivery issues.

Perform accurate data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
