Senior/Director - Corporate Governance & Audit Oversight

Provide strategic oversight for financial reporting quality and compliance monitoring programs to uphold high governance standards.

Lead multi-disciplinary management teams and contribute to organization-wide strategic priorities.

Drive digital transformation and data-enabled approaches across regulatory operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Direct the ongoing review of policy frameworks and legislation to remain responsive to evolving market needs and global economic shifts.

Lead engagements and build strategic networks with global regulatory bodies and standard-setting organizations.

Provide strategic advice to statutory committees and collaborate closely with government ministries, board members and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of technical accounting, auditing frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.

Proven experience leading large teams, driving organizational change and developing talent pipelines.

Excellent capabilities in engaging high-level committees, public sector agencies and international industry networks.

Background in public accountancy, financial reporting oversight & or complex regulatory environments.
