Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Beautician to provide high-quality facial and body treatments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and wellness therapies. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service tailored to their individual needs, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional beauty services including facial treatments, body treatments, hair removal, and other spa services.

Conduct thorough skin analysis and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress.

Ensure all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms are sanitized, well-maintained, and comply with strict health and safety standards.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and industry best practices.

Assist with inventory management and daily salon operations as required.

Requirements

Possess a recognized professional certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., WSQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in a beauty salon or spa environment is preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and treatment techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
