Assistant Project Manager

Coordinate architectural and M&E designs for landed house projects from concept through to completion.

Collaborate with client, architects, M&E technicians, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between structures, architectural design and M&E systems.

Review and manage architectural drawings, M&E plans, specifications, and submissions.

Ensure compliance with code of practices, regulations and standards in Singapore.

Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Coordinate site inspections and quality control during construction phases for both architectural and M&E work.

Requirements

Relevant experience in coordinating both architectural and M&E aspects for residential projects, preferably landed houses.

Good understanding of architecural finishes and related installation works, M&E systems, and construction processes in Singapore.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
