About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components. This hands-on role combines cleanroom operations, parts handling, inventory control, repair tracking and logistics coordination.

You will be responsible for handling fragile and high-value components with a high level of precision while ensuring accurate inventory records and strict compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures.

🧪 Your Responsibilities

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations

Safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components

Operate Polyflow automated washing machines according to established SOPs

Ensure cleaning and handling processes meet required quality and safety standards

Follow strict cleanroom procedures when handling sensitive semiconductor components

Inventory & Logistics

Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation

Perform accurate inventory checks and ensure proper identification of components

Kit and issue parts to engineering teams according to requirements

Maintain proper physical control of high-value and sensitive components

Repair & RMA Tracking

Coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair

Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

Track repair status and turnaround times

Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely return of repaired parts

Inventory System & Data Management

Update ERP / WMS systems promptly for stock movements, repairs and scrap

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and component status

Ensure digital records are complete, accurate and up to date

Support inventory reconciliation and reporting activities

Safety & Compliance

Strictly follow Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols

Comply with chemical handling and safety requirements

Wear appropriate PPE and cleanroom attire

Follow all relevant SOPs and workplace safety procedures

🎯 What We’re Looking For

NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline

1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment

Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components carefully

Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems

Comfortable wearing cleanroom suits / bunny suits

First 2 Weeks – Training / Office

📍 18 Tampines Industrial Crescent

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

After Deployment – Customer Site

📍 Woodlands

Swing shift schedule

Tuesday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

OR Sunday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
