Sales Manager (Structure Cabling / Data Center)

Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for Network, System Integration, Data Centre, Infrastructure solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and partners.

Understand customerrequirements and work with Pre-sales, Technical and Delivery teams to develop suitable solutions.

Manage the end-to-end salescycle, including lead generation, proposals, tenders/RFPs, negotiations and contract closure.

Follow up on project delivery,customer requirements and payment collection.

Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.

1–3 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience.

Experience in Network, system integrator, IT Infrastructure, Data Centre, AIDC is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking or data centre environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
