Tender & Presentation Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Salary: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm | Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Location: Tai Seng

14 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day from the 3rd year, up to 16 days

We are looking for a Tender & Presentation Executive to join an established interior fit-out team. You’ll play a key role in supporting tenders, proposals, presentations and business development initiatives, helping the company create compelling submissions and strengthen its market presence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, coordination and commercial thinking in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate incoming RFPs and tender submissions, working with internal teams to gather information and meet deadlines.

Work with Bid, Client Relations, Contracts and Project teams to develop effective bid strategies and proposals.

Prepare professional tender proposals, presentations and business development materials.

Create and update corporate presentations, EDMs, social media content and promotional materials.

Use Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and presentation tools to produce polished and visually engaging materials.

Utilise approved AI and productivity tools to enhance research, proposal development and presentation preparation.

Maintain accurate client databases, project references and marketing information.

Support business development activities and contribute ideas to strengthen company positioning.

Manage multiple submissions and deadlines independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Participate in trade events, social functions and business development activities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in tender, proposal, presentation, business development or marketing support for construction, interior fit-out or project management.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Microsoft Office and presentation software.

Comfortable using AI and productivity tools to improve work efficiency.
