Senior/ Operations Executive (Nurse/ Phlebotomist Preferred)

Main Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of Ascle Healthcare Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries.

Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards across clinics.

Handle patient enquiries, coordinate appointments and facilitate communication between patients, doctors and clinics.

Provide coordination and support for local and international patients where required.

Monitor procurement, inventory and other operational requirements across HQ and clinics.

Handle and follow up on operational feedback, complaints and enquiries.

Maintain operational records, trackers and management reports, including clinic performance data and month-end reporting.

Identify operational gaps and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and patient experience.

Conduct clinic visits and follow up on operational matters where required.

Support Management in operational planning and other business requirements.

Other Responsibilities

Assist in company events, on-site health screenings and outreach activities, including phlebotomy where required.

Support other clinics, departments or business functions based on operational requirements.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Healthcare, Nursing, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Candidates with a nursing background are welcome to apply.

Phlebotomy skills or experience will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in healthcare, clinic operations or patient service will be an advantage.

Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with both operational and patient-facing responsibilities.

Willing to travel between clinic locations and support events when required.
