About Our Client

Our client is a growing Singapore-based investment group with interests in hospitality and real estate assets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new property and investment opportunities.

Conduct financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.

Support acquisitions, financing and transaction execution.

Coordinate due diligence with external professional advisers.

Monitor existing assets and identify opportunities to enhance portfolio returns.

Prepare investment papers, market research and performance updates.

Support senior management on strategic investment initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.

Min 4 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Good understanding of property investments and transaction processes.

Commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
