About Our Client

Our client is an established private markets investment firm with a regional platform and a focus on alternative investments and real assets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investor engagement and capital-raising initiatives across regional markets.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private wealth groups and investment intermediaries.

Identify and convert new funding opportunities across investment strategies and mandates.

Lead investor presentations, negotiations and due diligence discussions.

Develop fundraising materials, market insights and investor communications.

Work closely with senior management and investment teams on capital formation and strategic partnerships.

Build and manage the investor coverage pipeline and support the development of the wider team.

Requirements

Min 12 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private markets, private equity or real estate investment.

Strong track record in securing institutional or private capital.

Established network across family offices, institutional investors, wealth managers or intermediaries.

Strong understanding of investment structures and fundraising processes.

Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable engaging senior investors.
