Job Summary

Join Birkenstock as a Retail Sales Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers in product selection, support sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across Singapore locations.

Your tasks:

Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction

Coach and motivate Sales Associates to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service capabilities

Assist in planning and managing daily staff schedules and shift coverage to optimize team performance

Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure effective integration

Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards during daily store operations

Assist with visual merchandising to maintain product displays aligned with brand guidelines

Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities including stock replenishment and stock takes

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager as needed

Support execution of promotional activities and ensure in-store marketing materials and displays are properly maintained

Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS operations

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, health, safety, and compliance

Act as the Store Manager’s key support and take charge of the store in their absence to ensure business continuity and service standards

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager

Your profile

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years’ retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role

Strong customer service and communication skills demonstrated through daily customer interactions

Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering excellent service

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills applied in retail operations

Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands

Ability to lift up to 20kg (physically required for store operations)
