Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Lighting / Building Materials)

Location: Joo Chiat

Working hours: 6 days work week, Monday - Saturday 10.00am to 7.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $5,000 (Basic up to $4000 + Commission) + Transport Allowance, if required + Company Phone

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Lighting / Building Materials / Interior Products

Main Responsibilities:

Develop new business through cold calling, client visits and market outreach.

Expand market reach and grow sales opportunities for lighting products.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide lighting product advice, presentations and onsite consultation.

Liaise with contractors, business owners, interior designers and architects.

Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth.

Prepare weekly sales progress reports and field updates.

Maintain good customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Experience in lighting, building materials or interior-related products will be advantageous.

Comfortable with outdoor sales, client visits and onsite consultations.

Good communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be advantageous.

Target-driven, independent and able to follow up with customers closely.
