Job Summary

You will manage the order-to-cash process by handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer communications to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and process new customer orders and returns promptly to maintain accurate sales records

Enter sales orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately to support financial transactions

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to schedule and confirm deliveries, ensuring on-time completion

Respond to customer emails, messages, and phone calls professionally to resolve inquiries and provide updates

Match and file purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO) to maintain organized records

Participate in stock takes and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs

Utilize Oracle NetSuite software effectively to manage order processing and related tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is preferred to enhance order management efficiency

Relevant experience or education in sales order processing or related fields is an advantage

Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new skills

Strong teamwork skills to assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment
