Job Duties:

Lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.

Improve recruitment processes and implement best-fit systems/software.

Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.

Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.

Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.

Build strong networks with HR professionals, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the similar industry or Recruitment & Staffing industry.

Proven track record in a leadership role with sales targets.

Strong leadership, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
