SALON MANAGER

Glam Salon is a beauty salon located at Jurong west. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years.

We offer a huge variety of hair services, beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We Requires new enthusiastic Candidate who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are hiring the Position of: Salon Manager

Job Key Responsibilities：

· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

· Lead / Manage a team of Consultants and Therapists.

· Motivate and coach staff for better performance

· Drive Sales into the outlet through Marketing Support.

· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity

Job Objectives:

Lead and work with all outlets to ensure that all parts of the business run efficiently and effectively

Execute different business strategies to support company growth

Oversee employee performance and development

Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitiveness

Manage costs, budgets and revenue efficiently

Requirements

· Personal monthly sales achievement and results driven attitude.

· Diploma in Business Administration / Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent certification.

· At least 8-10 years above relevant working experience, prefer managerial staff specialize in Retail Sales or Service Industry experience.

· Results and service oriented.

· Motivated, Sales driven and dynamic individuals.

· Strong leadership management and interpersonal skills.

· Good communication skills and Positive attitude.

· Willing to work retail hours / Full time position.
