Salon Supervisor (Hair Care)

Specific responsibilities include:

Staff Management: Supervising salon staffs.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Maintaining salon inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.

Operational Management: Overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and managing equipment maintenance.

Financial Management: Handling payments (All Customerpayment to go through you and the Manager only)

Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for staff, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of staff information, customer details, sales transactions, and inventory.

Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving conflicts among staff or between staff and clients.

Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques.

Reporting: Direct reporting to our saloon manager

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.

Sales and Marketing: Proven ability to drive sales and promote salon services.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of hair treatments, styling techniques, and products.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent service.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Financial Management: Understanding of basic financial principles and ability to manage salon finances.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and new trends in the hair and beauty industry.

In the context of hair loss treatment, the manager may also be responsible for:

Specialized Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of hair loss treatments and solutions, including TCM-based solutions.

Client Consultation: Conducting consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.

Progress Tracking: Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
