Position Title: Safety Manager

Working Location: Islandwide, office at Tuas

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am -12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and systems.

Ensure compliance with Singapore’s WSH legislation and regulatory requirements.

Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and site personnel.

Monitor safety performance and prepare reports for management.

Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and external parties on safety matters.

Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.

Manage emergency response procedures and safety preparedness.

Advise management and project teams on safety matters.

Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Diploma or professional qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of safety management experience, preferably in construction, electrical engineering, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant regulations.

Experienced in hazard identification, risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety management systems.

Possession of own transport is advantageous due to travel between project sites.
