Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Conduct financial needs analysis and provide strategic recommendations aligned to clients’ objectives.

Offer tailored financial products and investment solutions, including funds and insurance-linked investments.

Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to grow market presence.

Support clients with fund-related transactions and portfolio structuring.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews to adapt to clients’ evolving financial goals.

Maintain accurate records of client engagements in accordance with company policies.

3. Compliance & Professional Standards

Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.

Ensure all client interactions meet compliance requirements and uphold HSBC’s professional standards.

4. Professional Growth & Training

Attend monthly training sessions conducted by leading Fund Houses.

Fast-track progression to senior manager and leadership roles.

Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply.

No prior sales or investment experience required — training will be provided.

Minimum: GCE “A” Levels / Polytechnic Diploma / Degree (local or private).
