We are seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer who can take ownership of material supply, work closely with suppliers, and proactively resolve shortages and delivery challenges to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execute MRP supply, forecasts, and exception reports to suppliers while ensuring delivery commitments align with production requirements.

Monitor supplier performance and proactively expedite deliveries to prevent material shortages or production disruptions.

Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality notifications, engineering changes, supplier returns, goods receipt issues, and invoice discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and reliable purchasing and supply-chain data in accordance with established procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise stock while minimising unnecessary inventory holding.

Collaborate with planning, production, quality, and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of purchasing and planning experience, preferably involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Prior experience within a manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with SAP ERP will be an advantage.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, follow-up, and supplier management skills.
