We are looking for an experienced Dry Bulk Chartering Manager, Senior Chartering Executive, or experienced chartering professional who is ready to step outside the traditional chartering environment and move into a full-time Business Development role.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge, commercial instincts and an established network to leverage their experience in a new, revenue-focused capacity.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and generating sales revenue across the dry bulk maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and generate new business opportunities within the Marine & Offshore industry

Identify, approach and develop relationships with shipowners, ship managers, charterers and other industry stakeholders.

Leverage your existing maritime network to open doors and create commercial opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Drive sales activities from lead generation through to business conversion.

Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions/services.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Dry Bulk Chartering Manager, Senior Chartering Executive, Chartering Executive or similar maritime commercial professional.

Strong understanding of the dry bulk shipping industry.

Established network of contacts within shipping, particularly shipowners, ship managers and charterers.

Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior industry stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.

Most importantly, someone who is ready to step outside their comfort zone and build a career in business development and sales.

Must have salesforce experience
