Operations Executive

We are an expanding company hiring talents to join us to be part of our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete day to day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth
• 50% Office, 50% Warehouse
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill Customers requirements
• Prepare full set of shipping documentations such as packing list, invoices and execute AWB
• Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
• Declare and apply custom permit related documents

Job Requirements:

• Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome
• Working hours after confirmation: 11am to 8pm (tentative hours)
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Hands-on and have problem-solving approach
• Meticulous and detail oriented
