We are seeking a  Laboratory Systems Implementation Specialist (LIS)  with strong hands-on lab experience to bridge the gap between clinical laboratory operations and diagnostic software. If you have deep experience in laboratory process flows and working with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or middleware.

about the job

Support the software application side of diagnostic devices, managing system-to-system communications, middleware workflows, and LIS/LMS interfacing.

Provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing for healthcare software and connected devices in clinical lab environments.

Utilize your understanding of lab process flows to help end-users troubleshoot device issues, optimize system controls, and streamline diagnostic workflows.

Conduct training sessions for hospital/lab end-users, internal teams, and regional business partners on software features and system administration.

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, address cybersecurity inquiries, and maintain precise documentation in CRM systems.

skills and experience required

Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related Life Sciences discipline.

Hands-on experience working in a clinical/diagnostic lab, medical technology setting, or relevant internship exposure focused on laboratory workflows.

Strong interest in transitioning into healthcare IT and learning system connectivity, operating systems, and basic network fundamentals (comprehensive training provided).
