Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Singapore | Permanent
Our client is a fast-growing regional organisation within the technology and infrastructure sector, with operations across Singapore and key markets in Asia. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in Singapore.
This is a broad and hands-on HR role suited for someone who enjoys partnering with business leaders while remaining closely involved in day-to-day HR operations across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior HR and business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on policies, employment matters and people-related issues.
Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, learning & development and talent initiatives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.
Support regional HR operations across Singapore and other assigned markets.
Oversee payroll processing with external vendors and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage work pass applications, statutory reporting, audits and HR documentation.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant employment legislation.
Support HR projects and office administration where required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices within Singapore, Southeast Asia and/or APAC.
Regional or multi-country HR exposure would be advantageous.
Experience within data centre, technology, infrastructure or related industries is highly preferred.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-cultural and evolving environment.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
