Sales Solutions Specialist-Senior

Job Description

Engage customers to thoroughly assess their transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.

Design end-to-end solutions leveraging FedEx capabilities, while exploring complementary internal and external options to deliver the best customer outcomes.

Lead solution planning and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, operational feasibility, business goals, and on-tome project launch.

Identify and coordinate the budget, technology, and internal/external resources required to deliver effective, scale-able, and profitable solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise in transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create compelling customer proposals, presentation and business cases that demonstrate solution value and ROI.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to achieve customer and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Consulting, Engineering, or Solution Development.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in the following areas:

Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, or other industry verticals

Freight Forwarding

Data Analytics and AI-enabled solutions

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions & regions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel as required.
