HR Officer - HEALTHCARE (3 months/GOVT) - up to $3k/West/Training Provided #HAO

Salary: up to $3000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments.
• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.
• Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues.
• Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Human Resources/Business or similar
