Sales Operations Analyst

SALT Talent is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in Singapore for a IT services client for 12 months contract role.

Responsibilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for data entry and forecast/pipeline submissions

Well organized and reliable; able to manage multiple concurrent requests from different regional stakeholders

Able to work independently, exercise discretion with confidential sales data, and prioritize under time-sensitive deadlines (e.g., forecast cutoffs)

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the region.

Perform data quality and hygiene checks on source CRM/pipeline data feeding into APAC dashboards; flag issues to the relevant dashboard owner

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support/administration, business or data analysis, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
