FOOD SERVICES STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedFood Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring excellent food qualityand presentation, maintaining health and safety standards, and deliveringexceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

·       Recruit,train, supervise, and manage food service employees.

·       Prepareemployee schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts.

·       Managepayroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.

·       Ensurethat customers receive high-quality food that is properly portioned, presented,and served in a timely manner.

·       Monitordaily operations and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthregulations.

·       Conductregular inspections of work areas, equipment, and food preparation and serviceareas.

·       Monitorfood and supply inventory, place orders as needed, and receive and verifydeliveries.

·       Ensureproper handling and storage of food supplies and other consumables.

·       Accuratelyreconcile cash, credit card transactions, and charge slips.

·       Reviewsales reports and identify the best-performing and most profitable menu items.

·       Addressand resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

·       Coordinatecleaning and maintenance services, including trash disposal, pest control, deepcleaning, and equipment maintenance.

·       Assistwith serving customers and processing payments during peak hours to maintainefficient service.

·       Ensureall closing procedures are properly completed, including switching off lightsand activating the security alarm system.

·       Maintaina clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers andemployees.

Qualifications

·       Previous experience as a Store Manager, Food Service Manager, RestaurantManager, or in a related supervisory role.

·       Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

·       Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operationalstandards.

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calmunder pressure.

·       Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards.

·       Willingness to take a hands-on approach and assist the team whenoperational needs arise.
