Content Producer (Videographer/Photographer)

Responsibilities

Ability to manage pre-production tasks such as location scouting, mood boarding, and storyboarding

Understand the unique requirements of each social media platform and create content that is optimized for audience engagement and results.

Work collaboratively within the team on branding and content strategies

Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content

Support occasional evening or weekend community engagements when required.

Provide administrative support when required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a closely related field is preferred

Proficiency in videography and photography, including experience with various camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment

Skilled in video editing and post-production using software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro

Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, composition,and filming direction

Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in visual content creation

Knowledge of Microsoft software and Canva

Work experience with gov-related agency would be advantageous

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt
