Events Executive

About the Role

Venue setup and registration to vendor coordination and on-site operations — marketing efforts, from event promotion to content for the website and social media channels.

What You Will Do

Event Planning & Logistics

Responsible for event planning, organisation, and logistical arrangements, including preparation, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations

Marketing & Communications

Drive marketing activities such as event promotion and participant communications

Prepare event materials, including EDMs and banners

Publicity & Content

Support publicity efforts, developing and managing content for the website and social media channels

Support other ad-hoc duties as required to support consortium initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field

Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement preferred

Comfortable liaising with vendors, partners, and members across industry and research sectors
