About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations, drive business performance and ensure high standards of operational excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets and brands

Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control to achieve business targets

Develop strategies to drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency

Plan and coordinate new outlet openings and expansion initiatives

Establish and maintain SOPs, service standards, food safety and operational procedures

Monitor service quality, handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions

Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams

Optimise manpower deployment and operational resources across outlets

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B management experience, preferably in multi-outlet restaurant operations

Proven experience managing multiple outlets / brands

Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety

Experience in new outlet openings / expansion will be advantageous
