Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from forecasting and procurement to delivery and completion.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales team and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
Oversee warehouse operations, stock checks and inventory accuracy.
Follow up on slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock.
Coordinate with 3PL and logistics providers for warehousing, shipment and delivery.
Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Check logistics invoices and maintain accurate records in SAP.
Handle insurance declarations and claims.
Support process improvements and operational projects.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
3–5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics.
SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
