Senior Supply Chain Executive

Duties:

Oversee the complete customer order lifecycle, covering demand forecasting, procurement, order processing, delivery and closure.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to coordinate order fulfilment and ensure smooth execution

Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Manage warehouse activities, including stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts.

Monitor slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock, coordinating appropriate actions to manage inventory effectively.

Work closely with 3PL providers and logistics partners to streamline warehousing, shipping and delivery operations.

Coordinate shipment planning, transportation arrangements and freight activities to achieve timely deliveries.

Review logistics invoices, process shipment-related cost postings and ensure accurate SAP transaction records.

Manage insurance declarations and claims, coordinating with insurers and relevant parties for timely follow-up and resolution.

Contribute to process enhancements, system improvements and cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.

3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or customer service operations.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
