Procurement Administrator - UP3000 @ AMK

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM

Salary: up to $3,000/month

Contract: 1 year - renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs

Responsibilities

Manage and process a high volume of procurement and purchasing requests.

Review documents for completeness and maintain accurate records.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and supporting information.

Compare quotations and support purchasing activities in accordance with established procedures.

Prepare and facilitate the issuance of purchase orders through internal systems.

Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on procurement-related processes.

Maintain organised procurement records and documentation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed promptly.

Support operational projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience in administration, operations support, coordination, customer service, procurement support or a related function would be advantageous.

Candidates without prior procurement experience but with relevant transferable skills are welcome to apply.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Able to manage a high volume of information and competing priorities.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
