Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager in servicing and maintaining MNC accounts and customer relationships.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on quotations.

Prepare accurate and timely quotations, ensuring customer rates are up to date.

Provide indoor sales and customer service support, including follow-up on shipment status and service-related matters.

Assist in coordinating air import/export shipments, including bookings, documentation and delivery arrangements.

Liaise with customers, overseas agents and internal Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Assist the Sales Manager in following up on potential business opportunities and customer enquiries.

Maintain good customer relationships through timely follow-up and quality service.

Assist with quotations, pricing discussions and rate negotiations based on customer requirements.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to support customer requirements and business opportunities.

Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, performance summaries and forecasts.

Maintain accurate customer, quotation and shipment information in the system.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving assigned sales KPIs and targets.

Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Business, Logistics or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, sales or customer service.

Good knowledge of air freight import/export processes; knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures and international trade regulations is an advantage.

Experience in quotations, rate negotiation and shipment coordination.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Results-driven, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A responsible and adaptable team player who can also work independently when required.
