Partner with the CEO, management team and business leaders on workforce planning, organisational growth, talent requirements, hiring plans, employee engagement, retention and other people-related priorities.

Advise management on organisational structure, team effectiveness, people planning, employee capability, succession planning and other workforce matters.

Support the development and execution of regional people strategies and initiatives aligned with Aolani’s business objectives, culture, operating model and stage of growth.

Use HR data, market information and employee feedback to provide insights and recommendations on hiring needs, attrition, engagement, compensation, workforce trends and organisational effectiveness.

Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives, including business expansion, new market entry, team restructuring, process changes and other people-related projects.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes across Southeast Asia, including employment documentation, employee records, HR systems and exit procedures.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including leave administration, benefits administration, work pass matters, payroll coordination, HR documentation and management of external HR service providers.

Support compensation, benefits, payroll and rewards-related matters, including salary review processes, market benchmarking, internal equity considerations, statutory contributions and benefits administration.

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, probation, disciplinary matters, grievances, terminations and other employment-related matters.

Establish, implement and maintain practical HR policies, procedures, templates and processes for Southeast Asia, and monitor compliance with applicable employment, labour, immigration, statutory, data protection and workplace requirements.
