Industrial Engineer (Production Planning / Manufacturing)

Develop production planning strategies to balance output, WIP levels, inventory targets and customer demand.

Analyse equipment capacity, production flow and process performance to identify opportunities for improved utilisation and throughput.

Coordinate production schedules for ingot manufacturing and inter-site deliveries, adjusting plans based on product mix, capacity and changing specifications.

Monitor yield and process-time variations, implementing planning adjustments to maintain stable production performance.

Support manufacturing improvement initiatives through data analysis, capacity studies and optimisation of material flow.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, production planning or manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of manufacturing logistics, production processes, capacity planning and product costing.

Strong Microsoft Excel and PC skills; knowledge of C++.

Good team coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across manufacturing functions.
