Contracts Manager (Consultancy / Real Estate)

Responsibilities

Full-Scope Consulting: Collaborate with clients and internal experts to deliver complete quantity surveying services from initial feasibility to final tendering.

End-to-End Financial Management: Oversee all project finances and contracts from the early pre-tender stage through to the final account closure.

Cost Reporting Collaboration: Team up with Project Managers to create and update accurate monthly project costing reports.

Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.

Core QS Operations: Handle daily measurement tasks including quantity take-offs, cost estimating, variations, and monthly claims preparation.

Contract and Tender Administration: Review legal contracts, draft tender documents, and evaluate incoming bids to write final recommendation reports.

Requirements

Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent

More than 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

Well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts

Experience in Consultancy Firm
