职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 西点及丹麦生产员工 / Pastry & Viennoiserie Production Crew

制作西点、奶油、馅料和丹麦类产品。 / Prepare pastry, cream, filling and viennoiserie products.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 称量和准备奶油、馅料及西点材料 / Weigh and prepare creams, fillings and pastry ingredients
• 制作、折叠、成形和装饰产品 / Prepare, fold, shape and finish products
• 检查温度、克重、外观和标签 / Check temperature, weight, appearance and labels
• 清洁工位并按标准储存产品 / Clean the station and store products correctly

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 有西点、甜品或丹麦类经验者优先考虑。 / Candidates with pastry, dessert or viennoiserie experience will be given priority.
• 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求
• 语言 / Language: 中文或英文至少一门可用于工作沟通；中英双语者优先。 / Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能早班、长时间站立，并在冷区或生产区工作。 / Able to work early shifts, stand for long periods and work in chilled or production areas.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 西点、奶油、馅料、开酥、成形、装饰、清洁 / Pastry, creams, fillings, lamination, shaping, finishing, cleaning

Statutory annual leave, sick leave, CPF and other applicable entitlements follow Singapore law. Bonuses and other benefits are subject to company policy, performance and eligibility.

工作时间 / Work Schedule

每周工作6天，每天9小时，根据排班安排。 / 6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
