Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the country office and suppliers on window installations and product changes for each rotation.

Plan and implement store zoning, product rotations and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.

Manage product preparation, display changes and system updates.

Provide feedback and photos after rotations and share competitor best practices.

Maintain strong product knowledge and use visual merchandising to support sales.

Collaborate with Store Managers, Team Managers and Advisors on launches, collections, events and product displays.

Implement in-store visual merchandising concepts and propose alternatives during product shortages.

Conduct daily checks to ensure lighting, windows, props, furniture and displays meet luxury retail standards.

Reorder visual merchandising props, lighting and tools when required.

Ensure all product displays comply with visual merchandising standards.
