Coordinate unit handover / key collection appointments with the Purchaser(s) or their authorized representative(s).

Disseminate the finalized daily appointments schedule to all relevant parties (i.e. Project Dept, Main Contractor, Property Services, Managing Agent and Concierge).

Perform general administration duties.
