Responsibilities
Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests while maintaining service standards
Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes to guests when required
Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Assist with table clearing, restaurant cleanliness, and service preparation
Respond professionally to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Follow operational, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
