Head of Operations, Zone Asia (SI Buildings)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Buildings Zone Asia Operations organization. In this regional role, you will drive customer service and operations performance across multiple countries, ensuring excellence in project execution, service delivery, operational productivity, profitability, and customer experience. Working closely with country leadership teams and global functions, you will champion operational transformation, strengthen delivery capabilities, and lead initiatives that drive sustainable business growth across the region.

You'll make a difference by

Leading customer service and operations strategy  across Asia by driving project execution, service operations, service agreements, and end-to-end delivery performance across multiple countries and business units.

Driving operational excellence and business performance  by improving productivity, quality, standardization, scalability, cost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the region.

Ensuring strong governance and execution discipline  through the implementation of global standards, processes, tools, quality requirements, and operational best practices while balancing local market needs.

Overseeing project and service delivery performance  by leading major project reviews, monitoring operational KPIs, managing backlogs, and driving corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Managing operational risks and critical escalations  by identifying and mitigating delivery, quality, supplier, resource, and customer commitment risks while ensuring sustainable resolution of critical issues.

Accelerating transformation and capability development  by advancing automation, digitalization, process improvements, cross-country collaboration, and workforce capabilities to strengthen operational maturity.

Your defining qualities

Extensive leadership experience in service and project operations  with a proven track record managing large-scale operations and leading service or project management organizations.

Strong expertise in project, service, and contract management  including negotiation, supply chain management, and operational delivery excellence.

Strategic operations leadership capability  with experience developing and implementing operations strategies for project execution and service businesses.

Global stakeholder and people leadership skills  with experience working across international and multicultural environments, including remote team leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.

Change and transformation management expertise  with experience implementing new processes, technologies, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relevant academic qualifications  including a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, supported by strong written and spoken business English skills.
