Senior HR Executive

Job Description

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounts department
• Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation and issuance in compliance with MOM regulations
• Maintain and update employee leave and insurance records, including FWMI and WICA documentation
• Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of all employee records
• Prepare HR-related letters including Employment Letter, Warning Letter, Confirmation Letter, and other official correspondence
• Coordinate responses to MOM surveys and fulfill HR-related regulatory requirements
• Ensure all HR processes and records comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies.

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in food stall and restaurant operations, will be an advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and operational staff.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
