HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, NS Make-Up Pay claims, leave administration, and statutory requirements

Process payroll-related updates, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, leave records, and employee data changes

Respond promptly to payroll and HR-related employee enquiries

Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external payroll audits

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and background checks

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation

Administer employee benefits, CPF contributions, insurance matters, and WICA claims

Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH regulations, and company policies

Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and general HR administration

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry

Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration

Experience managing payroll and foreign worker administration

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of BCA CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and WSH requirements

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders
