HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Location: Kallang (near to Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.

Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems/databases.

Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.

Administer leave, attendance, medical claims and employee benefits.

Handle work-pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.

Support employee-relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances and exit procedures.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least two years of relevant HR generalist experience.

Hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination and HR administration.

Familiar with work-pass administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
