🧹 Job Scope:
- Coordinate and supervise custodial staff activities
- Train employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
- Ensure custodial services meet site requirements
- Provide employees with necessary equipment and supplies
- Report incidents, hazardous conditions, and personnel issues to site manager
- Monitor proper use of PPE and correct at-risk behavior
- Implement management responsibilities per company policies and applicable laws
- Recommend corrective actions for areas needing improvement
